Welcome to Grussland: The land of beer and bratwurst.
A modernized ex-communist country that chose reform instead of capitalism. It went through a period of de-communization and economic reform without the nasty crashes faced by other ex-communist countries by refusing wholesale adoptation of capitalism with basically zero transition.
Doesn't represent my views. Mostly me asking... what if East Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia, etc had not gone down the neo-con crash capitalist route, and instituted people-oriented reforms instead?

Human Rights in the United Kingdom

Postby Great Britain eke Northern Ireland » Fri Apr 08, 2022 2:50 am

1. Does your nation operate death squads?
Answer (y/n): No. the United Kingdom does not operate ‘death squads’ or anything of the sort. These strongly violate the principles, morals and ethics of the British people and nation, and their existence in the United Kingdom or abroad is an affront to the values of the United Kingdom.
If so, what type of people do they target? (optional):

2. Have people been known to disappear?
Answer (y/n): No. The United Kingdom considers disappearance as orchestrated by tyrannical governments and other entities to be horrific and contrary to the values of this nation.
If so, what type of people have been known to disappear? (optional):

3. Does your nation engage in censorship?
Answer (y/n):
If so, what usually gets censored? (optional):

4. Has your nation committed war crimes?
Answer (y/n): It is an unfortunate truth that some British military units have committed war crimes in the past while serving with Her Majesty’s Armed Forces - these were harshly punished and the United Kingdom abhors war crimes and those who violate the laws of war. The United Kingdom may be called hypocritical, however, as military actions taken during the Second Falklands War and other military operations are considered war crimes by other nations, accusations which the United Kingdom denies.
If so, what types of war crimes have been committed? (optional): The Burning of Buenos Aires is considered a war crime by many nations, a military action that involved coastal and missile bombardment and firebombing of the city of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. This action included dozens of civilian casualties in the city and caused enormous devastation to the city’s infrastructure, industry and resources.

5. Does your nation discriminate against certain groups?
Answer (y/n): The United Kingdom does not officially discriminate against certain groups and denies accusations of targeted discrimination. However this is not entirely true; certain groups are indeed discriminated against, particularly culturally and religiously, with Her Majesty’s Government involved in plans to culturally homogenise the country and assimilate, not merely integrate, its many foreign minorities.
If so, what type of people are discriminated against? (optional): All foreign minorities could claim some manner of discrimination due to the Anglocentric and British-focused education system and state apparatus that encourages children of foreign minorities to speak English first, partake in British cultural practices, rituals and institutions (including Anglican/Christian rituals and ethical/moral beliefs), and adopt the ethnic identity of their home (i.e. the United Kingdom) over identification with foreign nations or cultures. The Roma and other traveller communities have been targeted by the state and largely forced to settle and be integrated into British society; Roma/traveller families are given particular attention where it comes to children getting proper, British education because of their cultural tendencies towards criminality and antisocial behaviour.

6. Does your nation operate concentration/extermination/forced labor camps?
Answer (y/n): No, the United Kingdom does not operate any of them. They’re considered abhorrent and disgraces. The use of prison labour in the United States is strongly criticised by British society.
If so, what type of people do they contain? (optional):

7. Does your nation engage in torture?
Answer (y/n): The United Kingdom disavows torture and does not conduct it within its territories. However, those who need to undergo enhanced interrogation for British national security are flown to the United States or another friendly state where it is not illegal to engage in certain methods.
If so, what type of people are the victims of torture? (optional): International terrorists who are found to be planning an attack or were behind some attack are the types of people who can potentially undergo enhanced interrogation at the hands of British internal security services.

8. Are prisoners treated humanely?
Answer (y/n): Yes, prisoners are indeed treated humanely within the United Kingdom to the best of efficient expenses.
If not, what is their treatment allegedly like? (optional):

9. Has your nation committed genocide/ethnic cleansing/other massacres?
Answer (y/n): Disregarding past genocide/ethnic cleansing/other massacres orchestrated by British personnel or government committed before 2022, the United Kingdom has not committed any such atrocities or actions. The United Kingdom has been accused of an internal ethnocultural cleansing due to its nationalistic education system and its effects in removing the ethnic, cultural and religious identities of foreign minorities’ children in favour of a British one, but these accusations are dismissed by Her Majesty’s Government.
If so, what type of people were targeted? (optional): The United Kingdom has been accused of targeting the ethnic, cultural and religious identities of foreign minority children, especially Arabs/Muslims, Asians and Africans. The United Kingdom dismisses these accusations as slander.

10. Is protesting allowed in your country?
Answer (y/n): Protesting is allowed in the United Kingdom so long they do not turn to riots or cause other illegal activities, including the defacing or vandalism of monuments and other pieces and expressions of British national identity and history.
If not, how does your nation put down protests? (optional):

11. Does your nation allow for any opposing political party?
Answer (y/n): Yes. While the incumbent party holds a dominant position, opposing political parties are not necessarily hindered or bound by law.
If not, how are they dealt with? (optional):

12. Has your nation ever been condemned for human rights violations?
Answer (y/n): The United Kingdom has been accused of human rights violations in Argentina and domestically for reasons already mentioned.
If so, what in particular has been condemned? (optional): The education and social policies within the United Kingdom have been condemned as discriminatory and violating foreign minorities’ human rights; the United Kingdom has also been accused of killing civilians and participation in violence against innocent Argentines during the Second Falklands War.

13. Has your nation condemned any other country for human rights violations?
Answer (y/n): The United Kingdom does condemn other countries and states for human rights violations when said condemnations are not politically detrimental due to the United Kingdom’s own condemnations and accusations.
If so, what have they condemned those countries? (optional): The United Kingdom has accused Russia and other states of genocide, gross human rights violations, suppression of freedom of speech, thought and assembly, and much more.

14. Has your nation done any other human rights violations not listed here?
Answer: The United Kingdom does not consider any potential human rights violations outside the scope of this list to have occurred or be relevant.
THE UNITED KINGDOM God save the King!

Our nation is Poland, but Ba'athist-like and absolute monarchic, created after the civil war.
In our glorious Lechia, you can find a lot of attractions, like numerous pagan temples, professionally active tradwives (both Christian and Pagan ones), funny medieval writing, murals with our Great King, edgy symbols etc.
This nation doesn't use NS stats, nor represent my RL views.
