It is a great honour for me to submit the People's Republic of Hussija's application for the establishment of an embassy in the Aquaria. The nation of Hussija wholeheartedly believes in the importance of building and maintaining diplomatic relations with other countries, especially with our socialist brethren. We understand that Aquarian representatives have expressed their wariness towards Hussija in the past, possibly because of confusions relating to our policy of non-partisan diplomacy; but we would nevertheless be humbled in establishing a stable partnership between our two nations, and hope that establishing mutual embassies can be a considerable first step towards such a goal.

Regarding the passage about Aquarian views of Hussija, you likely guessed correctly that I referred to this comment. For clarity's sake, Hussijan society is currently organised according to a temporary compromise between socialist democratic goals (which, to Hussijans, are themselves a reflection of Hussite Christian principles) and an opening-up policy to the capitalist world given its isolation in its IC world (especially since the 1990's). There are hence at present some controlled capitalist elements in Hussija, and the People's Republic has pursued its "non-partisan diplomacy" with capitalist countries in order to break from its diplomatic isolation, but never shall it join the ranks of nations which, in your words, "points their blade toward some comrade countries whose they are supposed to ally".
