While the Confederation has yet to encounter this scenario, as a matter of hypothetical argument, the disposition of an annexed nation's nuclear arsenal would depend on numerous factors. Most of the Confederation's nuclear weaponry is Western in design, ranging from the ASMP to the Trident II and its eight W88 warheads; integration into the Visayan Strategic Arsenal would be an option for nuclear weapons the Confederation already uses. When such weapons are not common to the annexed nation and the Confederation, the final disposition depends on whether or not the weapons are known to the Confederation; in most cases, decommissioning/destruction would be the final disposition of such weapons, with a small portion sequestered for research and development/reverse engineering if the the nuclear weapons in question are not known to the Confederation. Decommissioning/Destruction is also the fate of any nuclear weaponry deemed in excess of the needs of the Visayan Strategic Arsenal.

Rhodevus is essentially a constitutional monarchy with extra steps (non-hereditary monarchy with all other positions elected. plus a few other things, not important).
While Rhodevus doesn't really annex countries, they do purchase old nuclear weapons from other countries to disarm and destroy. The country is an active participant in nuclear nonproliferation.
