WHEREAS,
Lamrac has established Lamrac Capital City to be its seat of government.

WHEREAS,
It is tradition for countries to open embassies in each other's capital cities to communicate and strengthen relations with each other

WHERAS,
Lamrac Capital City has developed enough to implement zoning laws

WHEREAS,
The Lamrac Capital City Council has passed an amendment to their zoning law to establish "EMB" zones, specifically for foreign embassies

WHEREAS,
Allowing foreign countries to build embassies in Lamrac will be mutually beneficial to everyone involved

NOW BE IT KNOWN that by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the People of Lamrac, I hereby send a notice to the nations of the Known Multiverse that Lamrac is open to new embassies.
