This seems like a noble cause indeed. I speak for all Phibetan nationals that a good nation thrives on strong people mentally and physically. I will arrange with our National Health Service and the Phibetan Genetics Society an agreement for access to our genetics field. We will also work out a service visa for any of my subjects to train and join your society while retaining their own citizenship.
