Inside of Noel's apartment is both Noel and Hoxha, talking about their situation and their past.

The Revolutionary Council ministers are in dismay that the offensive failed. They have lost a few good men, with some of their sacrifices going in vain. The worst part that hurts them the most is that not a single advantage point was taken despite the valorous attempts of their soldiers. The ministers are silent for they feel that they have lost their honor. Thus, no one dares to speak, or even begin a sentence in the meeting room. With the fall of the supposed major invasion staging point failed, and not to mention, the homeland is in disarray after the Munchen Nationalist Front is now threatening the Chinchyenat City, the Revolutionary Councils, and the soldiers are very demoralized. The Munchen Nationalist Front were in joy, and moralized as they know that the Janpian Union is not invincible, and just shows how weak they are.

Passed Resolution against NA-NN-RL
The Revolutionary Council has then decided to aid the partisan groups in Northfell by sending weapon drops into their held territory or location. The Revolutionary Navy are then tasked to blockade the entire nation, and to search every vessels that are entering.

People's Marshall Speech
The People's Marshall, Marc Andruvinov, setted out a speech in Fort Kalinka in an attempt to unite the nation, and to inspire the public
