Although His Majesty is desirous of nurturing the relationship and good understanding which persists between Madrinet and Prussia-Poland, in no small part due to the filial fondness with which He regards His Majesty King Crassus, it is at present the opinion of His Majesty's Ministers and advisors that Madrinet, regrettably, does not presently possess the military infrastructure necessary to maintain a formal legation within the Commonwealth.

On this basis His Majesty proposes that a virtual mission be established within the existing Royal Madrinetan Legation at Paris, where the majority of consular services can be provided through an online platform. His Majesty's Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary to the Republic of France will, for the time being, be appointed chargé d'affaires en pied to the Commonwealth.
