The black in the flag represents the people and our peoples undying loyalty and support to Marxism-Leninism and our all-powerful god, Lenin.
The White represents the importance of whatever the symbol is colored in, encircled, or both.
Each of the spikes on the circles represents the level of importance that symbol has.
The Hammer and Sickle is obliviously the unity of workers and peasants, but the praying hands attached to the hammer and sickle represents how Marxism-Leninism, specifically Leninism, is our nations own unique religion. It's circle has some spikes meaning it is very important.
The skull represents what happens to capitalist or other related enemies when they work on our sacred ground without the spiritual permission of Lenin, as you can see from our nearly 20% cause of death are from acts of god. It has no circle or spikes since we know that capitalist won't even dare thinking about trespassing to our land, therefore they are not important to look at.
The finally, the two faces of Lenin clearly represents our god, Vladimir Lenin, the spikes from both the circles combined makes Lenin the most important man to our nation, as when we are always confronted with conflict and issues we think "What would Lenin do?" or "What would Lenin want us to do?".

Symbolically, the dark green, white, and gold coloration of the flag represents nature, peace, and prosperity, with the inclusion of the two stars and sun also representing nationalism, democracy, and welfare.
