Population: Technically 1.089 billion, but I imagine it in my mind to be 150 million, tops.
Support NAPA: No. Nuclear weapons have no tactical value and are, in practice, only useful for attacking civilian targets. We mainly hold this position because it's out of our league to possess them.
Possess nuclear bombs: Nope. Don't now, never have. Even if we started a nuclear program and gave it twenty billion dollars a year, we'd be decades from it. So far from our minds.
Other WMD: None. Our Air Force isn't up to the task of doing that stuff, and none of our neighbors are strong enough to justify spending the money on it. If we have to kill lots and lots of people, we just shoot them up with helicopter gunships. The closest thing we have to WMD is white phosphorous.
Other: If we had the technical and industrial wherewithal to actually build and deploy nuclear bombs, then we'd probably change our tune. But for the moment, seeing as they're beyond our reach, we're happy to wave the olive branch and discuss peace and love on the international arena.
