Oh gosh... I'd have to mark Joy Unit, too! The Joy Unit is one of the most bad <censored> characters by far. He can not be questioned, and he somehow knows and kills every possible dissenter. He strives to make humanity "perfect" by enslaving them into mindless people who can only go "HAPPYHAPPYHAPPYHAPPY". He and his station orbit the Land of Power, a reigon with non-human religious zealots, Olympic winners, and, a long time go, a antion consisting entirely of clones of Sarah Palin. His reigon is as crazy as him.

As is any Emperor of Nicksylvania. Killing people and annexing countries because one of their ambassadors sneezed near you, riding into battle on the front lines, and enslaving anything that can move... that is pretty bad, is it not?

I also note the Dark Figure (of Dark Domain). Zethus Voice, I believe. He pretends to be a good guy, but behind closed doors, he experiments and slaughters non-humans to power the very portals he uses to send his armies to fight with. Though he doesn't do it often, he has the power to make non-faithful people grow tentacles, so that they scream while he melts their faces. Even on religious characters, he can easily fry them with a magic laser with his eyes closed and using one finger.

Credit also goes to the ambassadors and Poeple's Army of Central Slavia. They are socialists, and they walk the walk, too. I had the honor of one-on-one roleplay with that country. My ambassador was captured by the military because he discovered military secrets by accident, on the way to the country's anniversary. They are also excellent diplomats and very good storytellers.

I'd also like to mark the Pope and Bishops of AMW (like in the Bible Throwing tale), simply because they is so awesomely good at their job. It's as if I'm actually reading about a Catholic Christian clergyman's reaction, complete with references to Canon Law and the Vatican.

Queen Haiz II is also on this list, because, even though she is devoutly pacifistic, she has powers that can make a guy foam at the mouth and fall dead. In exile, she helped her people through the dark days of the next fellows on my "bad <censored>" list.

Dictator Maven Darkhand, of Haiz terrorist fame, is also pretty bad <censored>, as are the Haiz Human Supremacists. They use antimatter bombs at funerals, aid camps, and already destroyed places, just to kill the survivors. They impersonate allied nations and then bomb them with their own weapons and planes (stolen of course) once they get clearence to enter, and the ally takes the blame. They slaughter hundreds of thousands of Haiz non-humans because they're not human, and any humans that assist them, without so much as a pang of guilt or regret. The Dictator also hijacked and launched four nuclear weapons with his MIND. Oh, and Maven Darkhand barely looks like a pre-teenager, much less a bloodthirsty genocidal maniac. Yet, he will kill you to advance "The Rightful Order", which isn't what a reader initially thinks it is.


Oh, and who could forget the leaders of Airstrip Seventeen? It's like they took Orwell's 1984 and stuck it in NatioNStates, flawlessly. They might as well have memorized the book, because that's how good they are at their impersonation.


The barbarians of Greater Nepal are on this list too. They kill and murder for fun, and this is the punishment for burning their flag. Apparently, there are things worse.


Saurisa gets a mention because they are a nation ruled by dinosaurs that enslave humans. You can't get much more bad <censored> than that.


The many nations of Chuck Norris get on this list because they acknowledge Chuck Norris as their head of state, government, and the priorirty of their country. That's an automatic victory there.

I rather enjoy the ruler of my nation, King Gilhelm, who, when it comes time to handle issues, gathers the different people arguing in a boardroom and personally executes all except the one whose suggestion he decides to follow.

Also, there was a recent attempted coup d'etat, and King Gilhelm personally publically executed the coup's leader. Of course, he had the military defeat the coup and just hold the leader captive until he showed up, but still.... Dude's a total nutjob, in a kind of badass sort of way.

I would say she's pretty badass.

Agnes Alexuiou, an elven Amazon from Artemiou forest (located in Venusiya's southern mountain frontier), is Venusiya's top markswoman and most decorated soldier in the Venusiyan military. A young girl by elven standards, she was credited with 742 confirmed kills with her bow and arrow, and another 271 with her dagger, against the much more technologically superior Vinchians during the final days of the Three Century War. It is said that her arrows could pierce the heads of Vinchian snipers well beyond the range of their scopes and Vinchian soldiers dreaded encountering the Morte Bianca (White Death) in battle.

Common tactics used the Vinchians against her ranged from counter-snipers to artillery strikes, all of which failed to stop her. However, a near fatal shot around the heart by a Vinchian human rifle-mage had left her in a coma for 98 years. By the time she awoke, the war had long ended and Venusiya, in a complete reversal of its previous hostility with the Vinchi, is now part of the Agarian Federation with its 'former' enemy. She now spends her time back in her village in the Artemiou forest.
