With congestion in Kalaspia-Shimarata at an all-time high, tolls are to be introduced on new roads being constructed.
"This is a great idea and will help to reduce the carbon footprint and make people think about how they commute," said a Yaromir resident, who asked not to be named. "With the roads either clogged with congestion or requiring a fee, more people will walk or take public transport, reducing the stress on the environment."
April Fools Hacker attacks 'Soyuz', thousands affected
In a malicious April Fools prank, thousands of accounts on Grandian social networking site, soyuz.gd, were hacked. The 'April Fools Hacker' obtained the passwords and personal information of thousands of users at random, which could lead to further difficulties in the future for those affected. The Kaltan University of Technology has published a report warning users that malicious hackers could strike at any time and to keep both their information safe and passwords strong.
