The Collective Pact is a military alliance (de facto just an intergovernmental organization) that attempts to succeed the World Assembly and actively attempts to promote international unity and stability. It has two headquarters: One in Fort Mountwent, East Stal Saillnerce, and one in an undisclosed location in the nation of South Olpen.

Application Rules (IC):
No genocidal nations, or nations that severely restrict civil and/or political freedoms. All other nations are allowed. Nations can have WA and CP membership simultaneously. Oh, and one puppet max, which cannot run for elections. You must state that it is a puppet as a note in the application.

Accepted, but please add a land area. It can be entirely random and you can change it later.

So far, the alliance has 4 members, 2 who can run for election (The King Isle and Greatest States Of America) and none of them have had much of an impact on international affairs or much external influence. Very interesting.

I didn’t realize that. I thought IP wouldn’t be right because it also means Internet Protocol, and was also against CA.
It should be alright in the mean time given CP is also the common abbreviation for a few other things.

3 more members before I select the three nations that send Pact Commanders, and make the other seven send 5 envoys. How I select is a secret, but these nations won’t be permanently the leaders of the alliance ICly since we will carry out elections every month.

Remember, we are an alliance which gives powers to elected members (well, not yet but in a month or so, the three most powerful non-founding members are given positions in the first month) while the two founders remain powerless and can never run for election. We are also dedicated to helping create peace, stability, and world unity. While elected members run the alliance ICly, the founders run it OOCly to prevent some elected members from doing whatever they want, including destroying the alliance completely.

Also, we can’t function properly until we have appointed our three leaders (and ten members) which is why we’re somewhat inactive right now.
