In the real world, Asōzu's would be 浅水風景 (Asōzu-Fūkei), or it's kana version, あそうずふうけい.

When Metroasing (Romanizing in the universe) their own nation's name, Asōzuanse government officials and businessmen would write "Asōzu" with a macron above the "o". Otherwise, the casual Metroasation of the name would be written mostly as "Asouzu" or just "Asozu".
