The Federal Republic of Caleon is a large, multi-ethnic country located within Central Europe. The country has been in existence since at least the 9th century BCE, if not longer, but its modern independence came in September 1990, marking essentially the end of the Cold War.
Since its formal inception in September 1107, the GFRC has been governed as a Federal Parliamentary Republic under 3 different constitutions, most recent coming in September 1990, with bits of each constitution being present in it. As per the Basic Law, the position of head of state is located within the Federal Professorship, presently Professor Aki, who has led a wonderful reign since his election in 2029. The position of head of government is the Chancellor, appointed by the Professor, who is currently Ukyo, who has been the head of government since 2031, after Aki’s previous Chancellor passed from old age.
The legislation of Caleon is the Caleon Diet, divided into two levels, the Congress and House of Representatives. Officials in the Diet do not have a party affiliation as not to sway voters.
Now that we have that brief overview is done with, feel free to ask away to the COB, but be aware of these terms and conditions.

- No questions shall be answered by the Chancellor, but the Professor on certain instances will answer if he believes the COB does not provide a sufficient answer.
- Questions must be considered relevant to the COB's goal of educating foreign nations about our country and culture. We reserve the right to refuse to answer any questions for any reason whatsoever.
- Questions concerning any form of alliance between Caleon and your nation will not be permitted, as the COB is not responsible for those, and any nations seeking alliance must be located within the Neo Otaku Utopia, as those are the only fictitious nations Caleon recognizes.
With that information in place, the COB looks forward to answering any questions that the nations of the world may have about the Empire (Caleon in foreign policy).
