I spent a little bit a time digging around and I found one user that you has a lot of similar statistics to you: Xandev. Here's a list of similarities:

Unfortunately, I do not think there is any easy way to do that. As far as I know, you can only rank nations by one World Census factor at a time. The way I found Xandev was by picking an important statistic (I used the Human Development Index since it factors in multiple things like education, income, and lifespan), going to the page that your nation was on, and then selecting all nations that had the same WA classification as you (Democratic Socialists) and were within a few pages of your rank. From there, I just glanced through the pie charts and got rid of all the ones that were obviously different. After that, I compared your ranks and picked the best match.

If you had the time, you could make a spreadsheet for a bunch of nations that are similar to you and use formulas to help quickly spot differences, but that would be a ton of work. Besides, I don't think it is possible for a nation to be exactly like yours since they probably haven't gotten all of the same issues as you and even if they had I think the resulting effects on your Census ranks are randomized.

It would be really nice if there was a program that could make an average of these. I wonder if my country is as unique as I think ? would be nice to know.

Well, you can get global averages for census values by going to your nation's trend section, clicking on the statistic you want to measure, and then using the +World button below the chart to see its value.
