Welcome to the IBTC, an convention to forbid and reduce biological warfare among all nations. As Biological Weapons are solely destructive and should be banned, I created a treaty so nations that wish to advance this ideal can do so.

Treaty :

International Biological Treaty Convention

1. A Biological Weapon is Species of Pathogens, Fungus, and any “ Living “ Bio-species that were produced, modified, and prepared for the use in attacks and generally warfare.

2. The IBTC acknowledges that Biological Weapons are in-humane and solely used for revenge and in-reversible destructive of systems and the most basic components of society and to kill / endanger humans and wildlife alike

3. Herby Banning the Use of Biological-Weapons and it’s related programs in ratified nations to a full extent with no exceptions be granted

4. Stating that Ratified nations shall encourage non-use of Biological Weapons in an applicable situation and encourage others to join the cause

5. Mandates that if any member nation is attacked by a biological Weapon, they are to be countered and aid given to show the danger of Biological Weapons.

I like the idea, but it is rather hypocritical in the last clause. Also, I feel that biological weapons can be used to study diseases, etc. to progress with helpful medicinal research.

I mean this convention allowed research of pathogens , but biological weapons are not really research, they are weapons of mass destruction.

Also To Clarify, this only bans Biological Weapons, not research and discussion including stimulations about pathogens. This convention is not to dismiss scientific heroes that research and discovered lot, it is to defeat viruses that are launched to destroy the universe.

While the King of Coconut Palm Island agrees to the sentiment of this document, he will not be submitting it to the Senate for approval. Our nation does not feel that the treaty protects the ability to research such pathogens. Additionally, Article 5 is ambiguous and seems like it may commit our nation to attacking another nation if they use biological weapons, removing the military's discretion. If these issues are addressed, we are likely to sign.
