Biologicals, especially adult females of the human species, are advised that they will get a whole lot of questions about what "those things" on their chests are if they don't wear shirts/dresses. Upon hearing that they're basically Energon production and delivery devices for use by new-builts, a whole slew of other questions will emerge, such as why regular people don't "raid" them, how they can allow themselves to have such prominent weak points on their bodies, etc.

Males are not exempt from all of this, because even they have small but prominent dots on their chests that seem to be weak spots of the same general design, but oddly deprectated.

All biologicals that have visible belly buttons will surely be asked about those, as well. Answering this well enough to stop more questions from coming will typically require giving a mini-course in how mammalian reproduction works, though thankfully, this will usually only need to cover what happens after conception.

All in all, while biologicals may get laughed at for covering their cooling systems up and making them ineffective in the process, it may be worth it for them to wear shirts (and pants) on Planet Cybertron, if only so they don't have to spend their entire time here teaching basic mammalian biology. Those who are NOT mammalian may not need to worry about it at all, though, depending on their body configuration and whether it has any obvious points of curiosity sticking off of, or indented into, it.
