Sometimes it oversteps its boundaries, but the IDSF oversteps theirs a lot more than the ICDN does, so it probably doesn't matter. It got shut down because they weren't using it as an IC chat like they were supposed too, they got told to move it to discord but SM tried to fight the mods over it and it got locked.
