Some advice for you guys in the IDSF. I think the reason your thread got locked was because there was no distinction between OOC and IC, effectively turning it into a chat thread as you guys talked about anything. OOC would be you the player, talking like this on whatever topic:

As you can see, there is no sign that the above remark is IC. IC would be something like this:

"Hello fellow representatives of the IDSF, how are you doing?"

The above sentence, with quotation marks, shows that your rep at the organization is speaking, meaning it is IC.
