But that's not what we're known for. It is mandatory for all boys to start the Beringian Youth Training Corps at the age of ten until they are eighteen. Then they must serve one year in the military in whatever field they like as long as it is done by the age of thirty.

We have senior membership in a massive defensive alliance (The Vladivostok Alliance) which takes care of our defensive concerns, so no. Even though La Habana has no military of its own, we could still place a crippling economic embargo on any nation we want, because La Habana's economy is so overwhelmingly colossal. Failing that, La Habana could ask The Vladivostok Alliance to reduce the invader to a smouldering crater.

The "Vojsko Solyhniyi" is well-known for its cutting edge technology, efficiency, harsh and extensive training, professionalism and mercy. Our armed forces are very well-funded but are kept no larger than four million fighting personnel, so no expense is spared in providing equipment and training to the man on the ground. The army fights in mechanised columns and keeps a quick advance going, whilst an individual squad's equipment allows it a great degree of tactical autonomy and survivability without armoured vehicles if necessary. This tactic was used to great effect in the Solyhniya-Kurzhevsk war of 2007.

A small and elite force, the Augarian military is one of the best trained, and probably the best technologically equipped, force in the region of Tyrrhenia. Consisting of only 600,000 troops, only around 150,000 of which are active infantry, the Augarian military is a miniature defensive and strike-force, designed to 'get in, then get out' with low casualties, and high effectiveness.

The modern Augarian uniform consists of the following features:

-Gas Masks
-Temperature-controlling self-contained fiber exoskeleton
-Sidearm Belt Holster
-Main Weapon leg holster
-White fiber armor plates
-Built-in communications devices
-Backpack containing extra munitions, advanced computing controls, and global GPS tracking, functions with helm to provide visual data (map) of local surroundings in real time on the visor.

in addition to the average WER COMPACT (WERCOM) assault rifle which utilizes advanced aiming modules built into the suit's heat-sensing visor to indicate when the opportune moment to fire (when sights are aligned) is. The WERCOM, additionally, contains an under-barrel shotgun, which has short range and a rather narrow spread, through it has been proven useful in close quarters, combined with the fact that the rifle itself is rather small.

The Augarian soldier is also stereotyped as uncaring, stoic, and wealth-obsessed, as they are payed 'by the kill' for each hostile they slaughter (which can be proven, via recorded footage of their visor), though they are severely punished for the intentional murder of civilians.

The thing is that we still fight with cavalry. Sorry for miswording that. I that other nations still cavalry but not for fighting. We still use our cavalry in wars even with our more advanced weopons and tanks.
