Rules
1. If a Member state requests assistance, it must be done by calling a summit via this thread.
2. All member states must attend the summit (We can forgive a lack of attendence due to time zones/IRL commitments)
3. Member states are obliged to provide assistance, whether that be logistically, financially, or militarily. States can decline to provide support if able to provide a morally justifiable reason.
4. Anything discussed during these summits are confidential. Nations outside this pact cannot use this information to act in an RP. Feel free to call people out for godmodding.

This is an in character thread only. Members seeking to join the Democratic Co-operation Sphere must be invited at the recommendation of an already existing member state. For your membership to be considered, your nation must be
- A nation with fair and representative elections. Unelected officials should possess little legislative power.
- A nation with high standards of political, personal and religious freedoms.
- A nation that is active. If you log in once a week or want to sign up a puppet you rarely use, maybe this isn't the place for you.
