Diplomatic Immunity and Rights
Ambassadors and their family are exempt from:
- Prosecution for any crime
- Fines
- Legal action, unless the host consents.
- Investigation, including arrest
- Community service and prison sentences
In addition, service staff and security staff are exempt from:
- Fines, if they were working or doing an action that concerns their diplomatic work and this caused the fine
- Community service
- Prison sentences will be suspended where possible.
All of these rights may be suspended if the individual is declared persona non grata by the accused individual's nation.
Location
Your embassy may be located in a number of locations:
- Chauss /Chauss City - the historic and oldest city, not only is this the capital where you havebthe closest location to Government headquarters, you also have years of history and culture.
- Orion - named after Prime Minister Orion Sharpe, this development is the newest. It's where technology companies' headquarters are.
- Applications for other locations may be considered as well.
