Symbolism behind YN's flag?

[Nullarbor]

In reality, it was a flag made of two types of fabric that the second Governor, Matthew Simmons, had on-hand.

The flag was protected by the owners of the Nullarbor General Store, who, upon founding the micronation known as the Republic of Nullarbor, recreated it and added a later symbolism for it:

• Grey represents the cloudy sky before rain.
• Green represents the green land after rain.

The grey and green colour scheme is also used by the Principality of the Nullarbor, though that flag doesn't have any official symbolism.

The Legitimate Nullarbor Territory uses a flag derived from the general shape of Australian territory flags, with a coat of arms representing the Sturt's Desert Pea, with a Tudor Crown representing loyalty to the British monarchy.

Blue: The sky and ocean
Green: The boundless and robust flora of the United Cacti of Estaban
Yellow star: The sun and the hostility and beauty it brings to the UCE ( The star also has 33 points, which is a widely used symbol of the Estabanian People)
Red star: Socialism and the collective spirit and willpower of the Estabanian people.

Our flag was created to honour Black & Red notebooks; one of the finest stationery products ever invented.

The Krogan flag has since been changed.

[Karazicu]

The current flag of Karazicu was created after the Polistasi took control of the region in the Retaking. It was meant to resemble this:

• The black is intended to resemble chaos.
• The white saltires represents order.
• The blue border around the white line represents the Polistasi, keeping chaos away from order.
• The star was there since Karazicu was Warsaw Pact, and it still remains as an indicator of strength (AK-47 and hoe) and socialism (star).

This was referring to my old flag, though symbolism with the blue, black, and white remains the same. However, the star with the AK-47 and hoe has since been replaced with a red diamond with an M in it. This is a seal for the Milipol Junta. And technically, the blue represents not the Polistasi but the Junta.

Here's an extract from my factbook "Chatting about the New Ulsan's Flag."

Like the original [flag of Madrid], the seven stars represent the Ursa Major, which can be seen near the Guadarrama Mountains. Both the central star and the edelweiss represent the location of Madrid, which is in the middle of the Iberian Peninsula. All of this give a meaning to the flag

The background crimson is one of two official colours as per the "Ley 2/1983, de 23 de diciembre, de Bandera, Escudo e Himno de la Comunidad de Madrid". The red in the flower is the colour that is actually used.

It is a regimental flag of the Cadians, as they are a giant military with a government.

[Reorganized Portugal]

The blue represents the Atlantic Ocean and the beauty of our coast, the white represents purity and a new beginning for Portugal after the 2014 coup, and the coat of arms is in the center.

Simple: Gold is for the Lordship of Aberand, Blue is for the Commonwealth of Doreyn, and White is the colour of the Union State. The two stars, representing Aberand and Doreyn, are shown within the white field of the Union State

[Republic Of Ludwigsburg]

The black represents the "storm" after the proclamation of South German independence (the German Civil War)
The yellow represents the unwillingness of the people to surrender (as represented as the wheat field being untouched by the storm)
And the red represents the bloodshed during the German Civil War.
The eagle represents the "Eagle of Ottostadt" the symbol for Ludwigsburg which was known as Odostadt.

The 4 blue stripes represent the sea and the 3 blue stripes represent the sky
The number of stripes is special, 7 represents the 7 sacred hills of Umbrua
The black bird is an osprey, the national animal
The crown represents the royal family
The shield on the osprey's chest is the crest of the Umbruan royal family

[South Reinkalistan]

According to Article 51 of the Reinkalistani Constitution:

The flag of the People's Federation of Reinkalistan is a crimson banner adorned by a white gear, representing the nation's industrial workers, a white eight-point star, representing the united faith and spirituality of the Reinkalistani people, and above all a white sword, displaying the commitment of the People's Federation to defense of the revolution.

The 50 stars reflect the 48 majority-Muslim countries, as well as two stars added for the holy cities of Mecca and Medinah. The crescent moon reflects Islam as a whole, and the center script is the shahadah or profession of faith, "la ilaha ilAllah, Muhammad rasul Allah" (there is no god but (the one) Allah (God), and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah", and green is the dominant color of Islamic unity.

Officially Waisnorian flag doesn't have a meaning, but there is an idea about it supported by some politicians:

White symbolises peacefulness of Waisnorians, their devotion to maintaining peace:
Blue symbolises democracy and freedom of Waisnorians:
Yellow and cross symbolise culture and history of Waisnor.

My fav color is Blue and the Ukrainian Flag had blue so I put it. Then I put the Eagle because of monarchic reasons, then I put the red in side because of design

[Revisionist Japan]

The blue represents the Pacific Ocean, the gold represents wealth and prosperity, the torii represents Japan's history and spirituality (being one of the oldest nations on Earth) and the ring represents Japan's desire to protect this.

The flag is based on the bisected flag of the CNT-FAI during the Spanish Civil War, as this was a very significant moment in the history of anarchism. The colour black represents freedom, and the colour green represents ecologism and action against industrial capitalism. The sun is a reference to the motto of my nation (Only the sun rules over man). The acronyms in the bottom reference the only two authorities present in the nation. The red cross on white is taken from St. George's Cross, traditionally a symbol of the Seaxan nation. The black background is borrowed from St. Piran's Flag and St. David's Flag, which represent Cernwealas and Cymru, respectively, and so represents the nation's other major ethnic component, Brydonians (Cumbrians, Cymrians and Cernish). The golden wyvern in canton is a traditional symbol of Westseaxland and the House of Cerdic, the ruling dynasty of Seaxnarice.

The design of the Akaran flag is supposed to depict the moon in the night sky, owing to one of Akara's poetic names, "The Isle of the Moon"
In addition, the white represents the purity of the Akaran people in general and the monarchy in particular, while the black represents the black population.
