Details for those attending:
I would hope that this could be a live event, but if that does not work (which it most likely won’t) I can easily accommodate for a prolonged period.
As a live event, all nations who are attending would have to correspond a date and time to meet in this forum. For me, I know for certain I am free from 4:30-6:00 pm Monday through Friday, but if needed I can figure out times before then and times maybe on the weekends.
As a live event, I would hope that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half long, and would go like this:
You would get on and my alt account, Endmigt would handle all settings, and my other alt account would be any extra characters, ex: servant.
And would be a series of comments like so:

Endmigt: You have arrived at the beautiful city of trees. As you ride in your (insert mode of transport) down the long, strangely quiet boulevards, you marvel at the strange way the streets are set up. As you pass down the roads, you are constantly under a canopy of trees, as there are huge trees planted on either side of the road, and their branches curve around you, meeting with branches of trees from the other side, all forming arboreous arches. As you look down at the street, you notice how the paving seems to be of a strange light-grey cobblestone, but is not bumpy, the cracks home to all sorts of wild plants and flowers, glowing with a strange alage -like green luminescence. The trees above begin to sparkle with hidden lanterns as you move out of the city and closer to the Lybirthe di Palchugte, a great basalt palace, slowly turning from gorgeous blues and violets to vibrant yellows and greens. Your (insert mode of transport again) stops in a large cleaning, a circular stretch of road directly in front of the basalt palace. As a servant approaches your (insert mode of transport again again) you notice the children playing on the steps to this vast structure.
Servant: Hello, Sir/Miss, can I get your bags?
At this point, you would respond in the chat.
Servant: No bags? Ok, follow me and watch out for them youngins.
Endmigt: You follow him up the bone-white stairs, careful not to step on the children. As you do, you notice the other guests have arrived and are walking next to you. You turn to the one on your right.
And that would initiate some conversationing between characters.
Of course which would be punctuated randomly with other setting changes etc.
I think you get the gist.
