OOC: So there have been some concerns about nations taking place very far into the future. This does add some continuity problems as most nations here are still around the present day. So, me and Dalmannia have discussed and decided that from now on, all events in the ICDN will take place in the Modern day (ie 21st century). This is to prevent any confusion about what time period we are in. I do apologize that I did not say this before, we simply did not anticipate a problem like this happening. I appreciate all of your enthusiasm, just I want to make sure everything is as smoot as possible. This is also posted in the ICDN General Assembly.

OOC: Alright everyone. We will be maxing out puppet states to three member states. You can still still have unlimited puppet observers as long as they are not used to spam. However, if you are consistently using puppets to hammer through resolutions and create a voting bloc (because realistically, successor states aren't going to be in a voting bloc with their former nations, look at how the Soviet Union ended up) then we may take action and revoke member status from one or more of your puppets. This is not to target, it is to make sure things are fun for everyone. Also, Dalmannia and I have been fairly relaxed on the one week rule, as in your nation must exist for one week to be admitted. We didn't really enforce it since we were not having too many problems and ICDN was fairly new. To prevent puppet spamming and people trying to dodge the previously mentioned rule, starting today this will be strictly enforced. This is not to target people, limit membership, or be mean, I truly want everyone who wants to join ICDN to be allowed to join ICDN. However, these rules are in place to make sure everything is fair.
