Well, that would be a flaw for LITA, but not for us. For example, let’s say the ICDN were to intervene in a region of conflict where a tyrant is taking power during a violent civil war, and is doing so by encouraging ethnic cleansing. If some non-ICDN LITA members were to support this brutal dictatorship for some reason, while ICDN LITA members oppose it, then yes there would be a divide... for LITA but not for us. Our membership is entirely dedicated to the just cause of defending democracy and human rights, and any ICDN members that dissent from those very simple principles will be expelled. Contrastingly, we cannot influence why some nations wish to join LITA, what they may do in that organization and what “sides” or principles they may support. It is simply beyond our jurisdiction.

Just so we’re crystal clear: we have no official affiliations or treaties with LITA, we only possess several of it’s consenting members, and we hold zero sovereignty over the rest of their organization’s membership. So if you have any concerns of a civil political war within LITA, it might be a better idea to address it to that body instead of ours.
