I am going to start a new alliance soon that is similar to this. I’ve already planned out how it works, but I’m not sure when I’m going to create it. The UIC will coexist with this alliance until it actually manages to do something, and it will become defunct afterwards. I may bring the UIC back if something goes wrong with the new alliance, but that probably won’t happen.

I have decided to let the UIC live, but only as an organization to help facilitate international trade.

The term “4-letter alliance” shouldn’t be used since there are a lot of non-evil 4-letter alliances and a lot of evil 3-letter, 5-letter, and 2-letter ones. You guys even made the ISWC change their name to a boring ISC to avoid being characterized as a 4-letter alliance. However, 2-letter alliances are generally the least aggressive and the most developed, so I’ll create a 2-letter alliance to attempt to become the successor to the WA, rather than just an alliance like this.

It is recommended that all members of the UIC join the Collective Pact here. The CP is led by the same person, but allows more control from members. Once we get ten members, three nations will be chosen and will give a representative to lead the CP until after a month passes, when we start electing them. The UIC was a very formal organization compared to others, using telegrams to welcome people and to notify them of current events, and I might do the same thing with the CP.

United States Of Greatest States Of America doesn't have any problem with a country that has a democratic government, good human rights and political rights. The United States has a ''special relationship'' with the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland which is primarily a constitutional monarchy. So we don't have problems with Monarchy unless it's an absolute monarchy. And we would be looking forward to establishing relations and work with new nations.
