How are meetings supposed to happen? Across Skype? Why don't we all just cut out the middle man and Skype without ever leaving our countries? Not even the UN has two headquarters. Offices, but the general assembly rarely meets at them.

Silvedania should be the HQ. ZN should be a regional office. I will gladly allow LITA to use the former SETA offices in Unity Boulevard at my own capital.
