I honestly couldn't pick between 2 and 3, but the first one is completely out for me, as using the old South African three-flag design with flags featuring constellations on them has left the southern cross wrong (reversed) on the Australian flag.

The New Blue Ensign, though perhaps too colonial and tied with Britain.

The first one, with the three flags, does reflect not only colonial heritage but also the constituent parts of your country. I am indifferent a bit, but since you are independent from Britain, the first flag design then.
