Greetings to all nations and peoples of the world!
After many years of arduous armed struggle against the corrupt bourgeois state and it's collaborators, the Communist Party of Iran, guided by Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and under the strong leadership of Chairman Brother Hossein, crushed all enemies of the people, establishing a People's Republic under the leadership of the Proletariat and Peasantry through the Communist Party.
The bourgeois liberal so-called "Iranian Republic" is recognized as the "legitimate government" by American imperialists and their allies. This is imperialist nonsense. The People's Republic of Iran is the sole legitimate government of Iran. Not only does the People's Republic control 99% of the territory of Iran, it commands the will of the toiling masses of Iran. Thus, the People's Republic is more legitimate than any "government in exile" propped up by Western capitalists.
Seeking to challenge the American imperialists and their lies, and to build strong relations and friendship with all nations of the world, the People's Republic of Iran has established an embassy program to help facilitate foreign relations.
The People's Republic of Iran's foreign policy is militantly anti-imperialist, guided by the timeless analysis of Lenin, Stalin, Mao and Brother Hossein. The People's Republic of Iran stands against American monopoly capitalist imperialism and it's stooges. The People's Republic of Iran also stands against Chinese social-imperialism and spineless revisionist "communists". Though we are Marxist-Leninist in outlook, we are friendly with all non-aligned nations seeking to resist imperialism.
We hope that this program helps build Iran into a bulwark of anti-imperialist struggle in the world, and that your nation enters into a fruitful and cordial friendship with the People's Republic of Iran and the Iranian people.
