The Quendi is aware of the difficulties involved in accepting sentient animals as a NHSS. However as I previously stated we have no sentient animals in the Most Serene Republic and therefore we can not provide more information. I believe there where a WA resolution dealing with the subject and I have requested that the Quendi ambassador to the WA find it and sees if it has a legal definition on sentient animals.
