His Majesty, the King of New Carthagea Europe's Most Handsome! "Ah, that's quite a tough question. I love both my dog Leali and cat Bravu very dearly! They both have their own, unique characters, and that's what makes them both special. Leali is the calmer part of the palace; he is a good ol' dog. He's our happy little ray of sunshine, giving us happiness as he lets out gentle barks of happiness during his morning walks, or when he sleeps in our laps due to tiredness. Bravu, on the other hand, is quite the opposite. Of course, all peace and tranquility would become boring, that's why we have that little cat! He always keeps fighting with my sister's cat Larry, or is on continuous pursuit of rats and mice. His mischief adds some spice to life at the Palace, and I love him equally. -Christophe

Semi-OOC: Is Nacrad actually canon in your universe? I've noted that I have opened up multiple dimensions to many areas, the first of which being Nacrad's. If so, what was your government's reaction to the appearance of a mysterious portal?

Nacrad is canon in my universe. It exists in the same world as we do in this canon. Therefore, there was no presence of any portals to the country of Nacrad, simply because they exist in our world. Apart from that, the existence of multiversal portals is kept a great secret, and very few members of the royalty and the government know about their existence.

So Linkers Sha exist in NC universe ???

Occitan did exist in the ancient times in the region, but over the years, the increasing usage of Gallo-Phoenician by the local people of Carthaginian descent led to the decline of the language. Today, there are no native speakers of Occitan in the region, and hence, it is not recognized as an official language. You can say it is the result of New Carthaginian kings and queens trying to assert their culture over the region after the oppressive rule of the French.

In response to your inquiry on the ninth of September about acquiring Drakul to fight for your military; I would like to know two things;
How you had planned to use them?
And, also, and far more importantly for both your nation and the planet you inhabit; how would your nation handle an outbreak? Presumably, the outbreak would be feral and without a coordinating intelligence, but given your nation's lack of experience with vampires, I feel you may mistake the infected for being dead during their dormancy period and that your military would be less than efficient in putting them down, since even a graze from the stinger will infect someone, and if nesting locations are not cleared properly, areas you thought were clear can become reinfected, especially rural areas and skyscrapers.
