Although the barrier still remains functional and was not damaged at all, the government built a huge wall encircling the area as a preventive measure.

Two weeks later, he was found on the shore of Jemont, a small fishing village. He was breathing, however unconscious. This quickly sparked many conspiracy theory and even mainstream media caught wind of this. The journalist was later found dead, presumably of suicide. An official investigation was launched soon, however before the lead investigator could gave a public statement, he went insane, saying he saw his wife who died a year ago. Because of this, he was put into an asylum under 24 hour surveillance however just two days later he disappeared without a trace.
