Honestly, we don't get many uh... peeps like you here. Mostly anarkiddies and confused Foreign Secretaries. In any case, we welcome the Horváth siblings with open arms - and a knife under our sleeve, just in case. Can't be too careful after '56.

We humbly accept your wishes to for a nice, warm NAP, and express our thanks for letting us establish a swampy little nest in your borders. Though we debated this issue for quite a while, we've also decided to accept your request for a defence partnership with us. We thought that NATO won't be stupid enough to go full-out, and we always love to watch some good ol' salami tactics at play.

As for Zsigmond's health condition... we might be able to sort that out with the help of a friendly little God-AI. Don't tell him just yet, though. Don't want his hopes up until we know something can come of it. I'll have one of the assigned Macbeths tell him when and if the time comes.
