The Government of New Carthagea, recognising the importance of spreading information and awareness of New Carthagea and its culture, people, economy and system of governance, has decided to establish an inquiries office, for representatives of foreign countries to inquire the Foreign Ministry about various aspects of the country, and the user behind it.

The Government has stated that any question may be asked, as long as it abides with the rules and regulation set by NationStates, and follow basic civility and decorum during the conversations. Links for any further information about the major facts about the country may be found in the nation's signature. A simple and brief overview may be found below.

New Carthagea wishes to govern over Tunisia as a self-governing colony. The regions which consisted of the ancient Carthage shall be brought under direct control of the Crown, and shall be declared a national reserve. The remaining, inhabited part of the former sovereign country shall be administered as a self-governing colony, wherein decisions of local importance such as public infrastructure and religion shall be taken care of by Tunisian leaders elected in elections, while matter such as defence, education and police shall be handled by New Carthagea.

Tunisia shall send 5 elected representatives to the Parliament of New Carthagea, who have the authority to debate, and vote on bills which pertain to occupied Tunisia.

The car industry is the most quickly degrading sector of the economy. Cheaper labour forces in Asia, and mechanisation have either made companies shift away from New Carthagea, or has made people lose their jobs in the sector. As for the purchase, it hasn't done much benefit for the industry, largely because it is tiny in comparison to the scale of the global industry.

The area that consists of the ruins of ancient Carthage shall be preserved as a historic reserve, and only maintenance and preservation efforts shall take place over there. Any excavated objects shall be displayed in a museum which shall be built close to the ruins.

On the consensus about Cybusians, none exists because New Carthaginians are not familiar with the country's existence, due to its FT nature, and NC's MT nature.

IC: Communist scum, must be eradicated. Feyrisshire had the guts to fight against half of the Western World, so we do have some respect towards them for that. UCMG is definitely worth destroying, though.

OOC: Both are very well made nations, although I have imagined the second country in very cursed ways, like Brezhnev "hanging out" with some waifus. Nevertheless, the user is friendly, too. Feyrisshire, especially, is not the cliché, but the OG for anime commie nations. Kudos, user !
