National Anthem Maker?

Does anyone know any good national anthem makers? I started realizing the national anthem I made was a little too weird, and wanted to make a better more legit sounding one. So does anyone know any good nation anthem makers?
Kazakhstani tribes, migrate, Russia, sail, island, take, warlords, British, Dutch, revolution, yay, mining...uhh...WWI, WWII, Cold War..President McLemon. That's our history mostly. We are very W A C K Y so everything is weird in our nation.

NS Stats may or not be canon, instead read our factbooks and read our policies for canon stats.

Slate has a good one which gives you a mash-up of lyrics from all the current anthems by continent. I've used it for a few lines of Toin's current national anthem and with the right music can pass as something. I'm afraid for anything more unique you'd have to use your imagination. But you could also use a patriotic song - I'm considering changing Toin's current one to My Country 'Tis of Thee, which given Toin's history could both pass as Toinan and American - several African countries use the same tune, after all, and God Save the Queen isn't totally unique as far as other countries using the tune goes.

This one, along with a bit of editing, worked really well for me. I’d recommend going with the “nostalgia for a place’ option.

I want to resemble Turkey and China's anthems while having a marching polka beat.

These are helpful, but are there any for generating a random tune as opposed to lyrics?
Kedri is a nation of 18th century pirates who know water-bending. Throw in some steampunk, as well. Tech level is PT/FanT.
Kedrians abandon piracy and become a modernized country, founded by reformed criminals who forsook piracy and the citizens are descended from pirates, and still retain some of their heritage such as speech, accent, politics.

I've never personally ran into the issue of needing a national anthem, but TuxGuitar and notepad/pluma/leafpad or whatever work fine.
