IQ: (√((HDI + Intelligence) x Productivity Score) / 100) + ECS = IQ

Example:

(HDI + Intelligence) x Productivity Score = (x)

√(x) / 100 = y

y + Economic Classification Score = IQ.

66.29 + 40.65 = 106.94

106.94 x 20,000 = 2,138,800

√(2,138,800) = 1,462.46367476

1,462.46367476 / 100 = y or 14.6246367476

14.6246367476 + 110 = 124.6246367476

My region is a functioning nation. Nations within are States. We have a Federal, State, and City level of dealing with issues. I measure economic gain and loss everyday. I get all my data of NSDossier and NationStates Trends. We have a strong currency and we're looking for more States.

85.72 (HDI) + 126.05 (QPH) = 211.77. Hm, looks like Einstein would be average at best in Lillorainen ...

But then again, someone earning 300,000$ a year would be 'average at best' in Lillorainen as well, if NS stats are anything to go by.

According to this, Skyhookedian folks, that drunk and high happy bunch with guns has average IQ of 200. Because Intelligence alone is 214.11, which exceeds the maximum.

Not bad for a post apocalypticesque bunch of armed hippies, huh?

As far as I know, average IQ is always 100, sort of a baseline if you will. An individual's score is compared against the average of 100 to determine if they are "above average" or "below average" in intelligence. Generally the scores don't deviate too much from each other anyway. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

However, IQ tests are only used for children at most, as they are not considered completely reliable or accurate. IQ tests only measure certain types of intelligence and may have questions which are culturally biased. In most cases it doesn't translate into reality.
