Your Most Esteemed Excellency,
On behalf of Her Imperial Majesty Empress Relena (I) Von Peacecraft and of the entire Crown-Government. I as Cabinet Member and Royal Secretary of Foreign Affairs greet you and your Great Country. I as the first official for foreign affairs am humbly submitting our application for the establishment of a Foreign Mission to the Kovka Republic, but also with the hope of eventually cultivating deep and fruitful ties when it comes to matters of trade, cultural exchange, technology, and technology.
When it comes to foreign relations with other nations. Our Crown-Government strives as much as possible for the differences in faiths, values, government systems, and ideals. To not stand in the way of our collective ability to communicate with different nations of the outside world. Rather we are influenced by practical considerations as it is of utmost importance that the Holy Kingdom of Cassadia remains open to the outside world that would be beneficial for those countries it strives to have ties with, regardless of differences whether it be religion, government, morality, etc. Even if those ties are cold and cordial at best or even hostile at worst, it is our duty as First Diplomats of our respective governments, to strive to derail escalations from incidents that could lead to war, as they surely would scar our peoples throughout the generations. Thus it is the interest of the Crown-Government that Cassadia should have access to the Kovka Republic affairs and vice versa.
The Holy Kingdom Of Cassadia will not confine itself like a shell. Isolation leads to ignorance and ignorance ultimately leads to conflict. By maintaining formal relations with the Kingdom of Serpens Land, my Government believes in the interests of both our Great Nations; to harbor contact and most importantly for the sake of compromise; avoid conflict for the future generations.I have the honour to be,
Sir Joachim Von Ribbentrop
Royal Secretary of Foreign Affairs
