To our friends around the world,

In the interest of promoting global peace, solidarity, and cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kovka Republic is launching an embassy programme. We strongly encourage all nations interested in developing ties with Kovkastan to apply, holding the sincere hope it will inspire many mutually beneficial relationships, leading to both economic and cultural enrichment. For the benefit of foreign ambassadors who may be unfamiliar with Kovkastan, the following paragraphs contain a brief national overview.

Kovkastan, formally known as the Kovka Republic, is a landlocked unitary parliamentary republic in the South Caucasus. Boasting an ancient history, Kovkastan is notable as being one of the first nations to adopt Christianity as a state religion, having its own unique language and script (which during Soviet times was widely replaced with the Cyrillic script), and a beautiful mountainous landscape.

Since entering office in 2008, our Prime Minister – Markar Kosorov – has stressed the importance of developing strong international ties. Moreover, he has looked to improve the socio-economic conditions of the country, implementing a blended system of corporatism, market socialism, and technocracy. Attached to this document you will find the application form for establishing an embassy in the Kovka Republic, information on diplomatic immunity, as well as a images of the diplomatic quarter of the capital city (Azarank Street, Barekadroba District, Artazor) where all embassies shall be located. If you have any further questions not covered by the material in this document, please do not hesitate to telegram the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Regarding the Ambassador's heart problem, the Kovka Republic has a universal healthcare system. Thus, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will inform the health service of the Ambassador's condition. If possible, a copy of the Ambassador's medical records to be passed on to the health service would be useful so we can best understand and, if the need arises, treat his condition.

The Ambassador's wife's cat will be welcome in Kovkastan, provided it does not host any infectious diseases. As such, the cat must be tested upon arrival. We apologise if this is an inconvenience. Moreover, It is of no concern that you originate from another dimension; Kovkastan wishes to establish strong diplomatic relations with nations from all over the multiverse.
