It's beautiful. Very well done. Kind of inspires me to make my own. Your nation having Canadian lineage also automatically makes it cooler than 99% of the other nations here.
The Table of Content and General Information windows being inversed kind of bothers me though.

swapped ToC and GI windows to give it that authentic wiki feel. thx for the input.
