The rudeness I don't consider bad - Radiatians just like to say things as they are and find your feelings inefficient.
As for 'most avoided', I don't think Radiatia is avoided (too much money involved) so I'm going to interpret this to mean simply that we have the 103rd worst environment in the world. Which is absolutely the case - even without the pollution, the climate is not for the faint of heart.
