Who is your national hero?

Postby The Great Zedong Dynasty » Wed Jun 03, 2020 6:31 am

Which person is considered your national hero?

He or she could be somebody who fought for independence or supported the country and its inception.

Raionas, who, according to myth, was the first among Eleutesceptans to embrace transhumanism, which is now an essential part of the national sacred cult of the Eleutean people.

Mr. Nerko is our founder Vladimir "Nerko" Nerkov (1878-1942?) a Russian radiologist who disappeared during the reign of Nazi Germany.

He was arrested by the Gestapo however Dr. Nerkov disappeared during the night. It was expected that he was transferred to another realm of existence known as the Nerkoverse.

Since then he built steam-powered and nuclear machines that could alter the future and he eventually destroyed Nazi Germany by ripping a wormhole through time and space crushing everything in its path.

However, his insanity got the best of him and he wanted to destroy the world and the United States which was a big mistake because he was banished to the Nerkoverse and his body turned into a machine of epic proportions.

Czáko Any Adél. She led a dying army into the taking of Saigon in the Vietnam war, despite the hardships.

A.J. Cook, who led the Trades Union Congress during the Revolution of 1926, and served as head of government of the Commonwealth of Great Britain for the first few years of its existence until his unexpected death in 1931. He is one of Britain's most celebrated historical figures, with numerous places named after him, e.g. Cook Avenue in central London and the new city of Cookstown. Almost every major town has a statue of him, and his portrait is seen most school classrooms and government offices. He has also featured on various postage stamps through the years, and is depicted on the current £5 note.

That depends on who you ask.

The most common answer is Vladimir Lenin - founder of the USSR and an important hero of socialism.

Another common, if not controversial anthem, if Joseph Stalin - mass-murdering dictator who fought the Germans, and who single-handedly industrialized the USSR.

Peter the Great is also very common - sometimes called the greatest Russian Emperor, he defeated Sweden two times and founded St. Petersburg, which would later become Leningrad.

Finally, you have the recently departed Mikhail Gorbachev - he founded the modern USSR, and lead the USSR to become a free and democratic country.

Depends on the factions.

Image
For the Islamists, it is Great Imam Sekarmadji Maridjan Kartosuwirjo, leader of an Islamist rebellion who sought to establish a Darul Islam (Islamic State) from East Java and was crushed in 1948 Madiun Affairs. Despite the defeat, his movement didn't die, and eventually culminated in the 1965 Khilafahist takeover.

Image
For the Republikens, it is President Sukarno, Dwipantara's founding father, first president, and father of the leader of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, Megawathi Sukarnaputri. He led the 1945-1949 independence war, formulated the Pancasila doctrine with many other figures, and authored manifestos that are a must-read for Republikens, such as "Dwipantara Accuses" or "Camel Society and Airship Society".
