The Universal Empire of Greater Cosmicium, in its path toward a more democratic society where the people truly have power, now looks to the leaders of the Multiverse to further free itself from the legacy of Mortheus Valixor's reign. In our efforts to achieve this, we have opened the Greater Cosmicium Embassy Program.

The Greater Cosmicium Embassy Project is managed by the Ministry of Cosmician Foreign Relations, headed from the New Valixor Diplomatic Complex in New York City, Terra, Milky Way Galaxy, and is responsible for managing relations with other countries inside and outside our universe.

We ensure all ambassadors, local or foreign, remain safe even in the case of potential internal or external wars, and provide appropriate luxuries to keep their morale high.

All applicants wishing to open an embassy in Greater Cosmicium must provide a location where to place it. Spaces for the embassy will be then automatically assigned. A place will be automatically assigned for a consulate if so desired.

If a request for a different building or city than the ones listed, but on the list of valid planets is provided, we will look into it to see if we can assign any spaces.

Terra



Terra, also known as Earth, is the original homeland of the Humans, and the birthplace of the Althanasians, the people who would found Cosmicium. Terra has thousands of years of history preserved on its surface, a revived ecosystem reversing the effects of the Sixth Mass Extinction in the 21st century, and one of the most stable economies in Greater Cosmicium. Its current population is 9.2 billion.

New Valixor Diplomatic Complex

The New Valixor Diplomatic Complex in New York City is one of the crown jewels of the post-Valixor Greater Cosmicium. Overseen by the Emperor himself, the New Valixor Diplomatic Complex was finished in 16 days, a record time period, thanks to a new generation of construction robots. The complex consists of 138 buildings, the main building having over 110 stories and 6,500 rooms, standing 631 meters tall. The Complex is outfitted with the latest in Cosmician technology for the comfort of ambassadors, including portable computers, compact color TVs and the largest collection of arcade machines in Greater Cosmicium.

White Palace Complex

The White Palace Complex (also known as the Kremlin) in Moscow is one of the most prominent relics of pre-Cosmician Terra. In the past, the tsars of Russia ruled over the country from the Kremlin, then the General Secretaries of the USSR. A successful coup in August 1991 that overthrew Mikhail Gorbachev badly damaged the Kremlin, but it was rebuilt, bigger and stronger. After the Cosmician conquest of the Soviet Union in 2137, it was renamed the White Palace Complex.

The White Palace Complex has been greatly expanded in the following millennia and now has over 90 buildings, built in the same style as the original buildings of the Kremlin. The interior, originally in a variety of styles, has been rebuilt with inspiration from the architecture of old Cosmicium.

The Great Versailles

The Great Versailles in Paris was built in 2117, on the ruins of the nuked old Versailles, and then rebuilt and expanded in 2140 by the European Occupation Government. The complex has 40 buildings, each carefully designed and built in beautiful symmetry. More details coming soon.

Epsilon Tauri

Epsilon Tauri is the capital of Greater Cosmicium. It is home to the Imperial Senate, the Strategos military systems, and most of Greater Cosmicium's central government buildings. Epsilon Tauri has a population of around 27 billion. The planet is temperate, almost exactly like Terra, and slightly smaller in size.

Saergal Diplomatic Complex

The Saergal Diplomatic Complex was the first diplomatic building built by Cosmicium, built in 1942 to maintain relations with Terran nations of the time. It has been upgraded many times since then, and now has space for over 100 embassies. Like the New Valixor Diplomatic Complex, the SDC has the most advanced Cosmician technology for the comfort of foreign ambassadors.

Nyr-Khol

Nyr-Khol is the original homeland of the Khaazai, and the most populous planet in Greater Cosmicium, with 40 trillion citizens and even more non-citizen residents. The planet is warm, almost entirely covered with thick forests. The Khaazai, who had left Terra in pursuit of Shyrun energy, learned to live in this tough environment, using their Shyrun energy to build settlements, weapons and spaceships. Though much of the forest has been cleared to expand the megacities, Nyr-Khol still has huge tracts of untouched land. The Shyrun Tower resides in this untouched area, standing as a monument to nature and the Khaazai people.

The Shyrun Tower in the Dandelion District of Nyr-Khol is a relic of the long-lost Unseen civilization, their greatest building before the Gorasian Plague wiped them out. The tower is 333 kilometers tall and over 22 kilometers wide. The Shyrun Tower features the most sophisticated Khaazai magic, from levitation to magical teleportation, from powerful comfort fields to huge nature gardens, the Shyrun Tower is perfect for foreign ambassadors due to its calming properties.

Red Palace

The Red Palace in the Maple District of Nyr-Khol is the building where the Emperor's residence is located. Built in the traditional Khaazai style, the Red Palace is a formidably sized building, with over 3,000 rooms and room for more expansion. Like the Shyrun Tower, it has a variety of magic fields designed to ward away anger and promote peaceful dialogue between foreign ambassadors.

Lrnahax

Lrnahax is the capital of the Scorpion Republic, with a population of over 350 billion. The planet is mostly an arid steppe, with some forests in the equator, a perfect climate for the King Scorpions who originated from here.

Harnzzmok's Cave

Harnzzmok's Cave is one of the largest underground complexes in Greater Cosmicium, with over 650 caverns stretching a total of over 2,000 kilometers. The cave's features provide natural ventillation, keeping Harnzzmok's Cave at a comfortable 21°C, while the area around can reach as high as 60°C. The Cave also has its own spaceport to allow people to enter in and out without needing to go outside.

Nroqh Rock

The Nroqh Rock is a newly built diplomatic complex, built into the foothills of Mount Nroqh. Due to its elevation of almost 3.5 kilometers, the climate here is noticeably cooler than closer to sea level. Despite its seemingly remote location, the Nroqh Rock is fully featured with all the amenities found in other Cosmician embassy complexes.

Narmir

Narmir is the capital of the Union of Fire Dragons, and the original homeland of the Dragons. It has a population of 12 billion. The planet is temperate, almost exactly like Terra, and around 20% bigger.

Froststead

Froststead is the capital of the Union of Ice Dragons. It has a population of 2.1 billion. The planet is mostly covered in ice, with a small patch of vegetation near the equator. The planet is almost 60% larger than Terra, resulting in a high gravity that may take time to get used to.

Dawoo Igloo

Naxira is the capital of the Nuironi State. It has a population of 65 billion. The planet is temperate, and has mysterious forces affecting it, which means Naxira consists mostly of floating islands that require levitation technology or magic to reach.

Bobbie Joe is a twenty-one year-old, human female of the TS White race. Standing six foot five, she is of average height for her race. She is somewhat self-conscious about her body, particularly her chest, which did not develop beyond being visble behind a shirt. She has black hair and a visible scar on her cheekbone from an injury during the Civil War. She is currently umarried and a virgin- this is unusual at her age -and hopes to find love to a good, Christian man (human, of course) abroad or at home.

Bobbie Joe is the daughter of small-scale commercial farmers and the granddaughter of subsistence farmers. She has only a high school education, but she graduated with an "A" grade across the board. She applied to the civil service at eighteen and passed the exam with an "A". For the past three years, she has studied TS law and diplomatic protocols and was finally declared eligible for dispatch to a foreign realm.

Having never really left her farm until she went to the diplomatic corps, she requested an exotic and exciting dispatch. The Great Bountiful Empire reasoned that a Future-Tech behemoth was exactly what an adventerous, single woman would aspire to see.

TurtleShroom possesses a FT telescope capable of viewing anything within millions of light years in full HD, as if the target was next door. Sadly, this machine can only process visable and infared light. The country also has multiple radio arrays and other telescopes across the light spectrum. Since Cosmicium is capable of FTL travel and broadcasting, a "modem" or "transformer" will be needed to convert it into proper, light-speed radio waves.


• Two Oriental humans, both female, will assist Bobbie Joe with advanced, technical, and collegiate-level mechanisms and skill-based tasks.
