What does MT-PMT mean? And yeah, magic not being real in most nations is something that is already explained in my rp: the faith of the people effect it's effectiveness. Within it's borders, the powers of the people are significant. Outside of it's borders, the Sordiccan people are seen as silly hippies who believe in crystal healing. The military might of Sordicca is weak, when it comes to tanks, jets, etc. But it is substantial in regards to radar, intelligence, spies, etc. due to their internal spiritual influence, mixed with their (admittedly, limited) tech. So long as you don't mind my officials saying some off the wall crap (that will, in essence, be silly new-age garbage), I can definitely adhere to the "no magic" rules.
I do, however, want to retain our psychic warfare (guns that target nuerological functionability, chemical warfare with emphasis on the use of hallucinogenic and dissasociative compounds, psy-ops and propaganda, etc.) This keeps it in the realm of science, and just kind of makes the whole "mystic arts" aspect of my rp easily explained as my nation's religious nature causing psuedo-scientific explanation in lieu of real science.
I mean, the whole thing started off as me making fun of some of the more extreme members of the festival crowd, so the interpretation that my citizens are simply uneducated is a fair one.
