Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes

SECTION ONE - Physical Safety
Do citizens of your cities report feeling unsafe while travelling alone during the day? It is something very rare since our streets are guarded 24 hours a day and without exaggeration in every corner there is a policeman and there are thousands of drones flying over the city by day
Do citizens of your cities report feeling unsafe while travelling alone during the night? at night they feel safer than during the day, since there are patrols on all the streets and bicycles in the alleys, we also have a fleet of 5 helicopters per city and 2 per suburb and there are telephones distributed in the main ones connected to 911
Are major metropolitan areas monitored for crime by police or other agencies? only the police patrol the streets as they are highly equipped and suitable to keep citizen security
Are most public areas of large towns and cities well-lit at night? All the streets have high definition light and security cameras so that our citizens feel safe.
Do members of the police patrol cities and towns regularly? there are helicopters, patrols, bicycles, motorized police and mounted police patrolling our city in case of any crime

SECTION TWO - Cybersafety
Are children of your nation's schools taught basic principles of online safety? Online safety is what we instill the most today and we recommend that mothers review everything about their children online. Children have a 4-hour extracurricular course every weekend.
Is there a branch of the police or government dedicated to investigating cybercrime? yes, the Federal Cyber Agency (FCA)
Does your government actively filter or block materials such as child exploitative content? Yes, the Federal Cyber Agency has a group of 45 highly trained hackers to search and block this content, in addition to tracking the IP address of the devices and sending a squad to arrest the person involved.
Is your nation home to any groups or individuals who are notable for online scams? the truth there are 3 groups but a month we stop 5 individuals from each of these criminal groups and they pay it with the full weight of the law, they are sent to our special prisons for cyber crimes where they are forced to return everything they stole and also their accounts and everything related to them is completely emptied, credit cards and these things, they usually pay very high fines of 100,000 SBS
Are children adequately protected from pornography and other harmful materials online? All computers that are intended for a child must be registered on a basis in which we limit these contents in their entirety, but it is the duty of parents to ensure the psychological integrity of their children and not of the government, although in our country we talk about sexual education in schools is from 8 years

SECTION THREE - Societal Issues
What percentage of the population struggles with mental health issues like depression or anxiety? approximately 12% of the population fights against this problem, but these people are admitted to clinics that are not psychiatric where we help them not to feel alone and to overcome these problems, every month a check-up is made on our young people in schools, adults in their jobs and people from the Vatican census go to the old people's home to make a filter to find out who has this problem and solve it from the roots

What is the average lifespan (across the entire population) in your nation? 75.5 Years Old

What percentage of births result in death for the mother or child? 0,2%
What percentage of the child population are obese or overweight? 0,10%
Are children subject to special laws regarding their labour and work conditions? No person under the age of 18 can work and if discovered their parents will go to a parenting course and the children or adolescents sent to special homes until the parents pass the course.
Are children expected to serve in the nation's armed services below the age of 18? there are two cases, children with responsible parents are sent to compulsory service at 18, but abandoned children are adopted by the army where they are taught what even military but less exhaustive but they have everything a child has, they do not work up to 18 they don't even serve, they have the right to school and live a common childhood, only raised by specialized military

SECTION FIVE - Government
Are your nation's health services considered to be of an internationally acceptable standard? I would say that in my country they are much better than international standards, there are police stations in all cities and towns, hospitals and fire stations, there must be at least 3 police stations per town, 4 hospitals and 2 fire stations and in the city they are uncountable
Are the police or your nation's equivalent easily accessible to the population? Just dial 911 and a patrol will immediately arrive at your location, with a delay of 4 to 5 minutes, but they will arrive and if the assigned patrol does not arrive, you will be charged with abandoning your work.

Does your nation have an ambulance service which is easily accessible to the population? our ambulance system is one of the best, since it depends on your location they are in place, if it is in a town from 2 to 3 minutes and if you are in the city from 1 to 2 minutes, just dial 911
Is your nation currently involved in a war or armed conflict within its borders? Since the rebellion that tried to revoke the monarchy there has been no civil war and it is not allowed either since treason and rebellion is paid for with death

Does your government actively filter or block materials such as child exploitative content? Internet usage is strictly for military and government use, so it's not necessary.
Is your nation home to any groups or individuals who are notable for online scams? No
Are children adequately protected from pornography and other harmful materials online? See above.

SECTION THREE - Societal Issues
What percentage of the population struggles with mental health issues like depression or anxiety? 30-40%. Psychiatry programs are in place for members of the military, but we don't have enough resources for everyone, as most people have seen combat and been affected by it.
What is the rate of suicide per capita/100,000? ~500/100,000
What percentage of the adult population are obese or overweight? Barely anyone. Most of the population is probably a bit underweight.
Are LGBT+ individuals heavily discriminated against? No. Despite being a military dictatorship, there is a desire for all Humans to work and fight as equals, no matter what.
What is the average lifespan (across the entire population) in your nation? Very low, something like 25-30.

SECTION FOUR - Safety of Children
Is bullying prevalent in the nation's schools? No, most children are taught to be co-operative with one another and withhold judgement.
What percentage of births result in death for the mother or child? 10%
What percentage of the child population are obese or overweight? Barely anyone.
Are children subject to special laws regarding their labour and work conditions? At the age of 14, children must be put to work, or join a cadet program with the military. Physically disabled children are exempt.
Are children expected to serve in the nation's armed services below the age of 18? Only those in the cadet program. At 18, they are added to the registry for possible conscription.

SECTION FIVE - Government
Are your nation's health services considered to be of an internationally acceptable standard? No, but the quality is getting better over time.
Are the police or your nation's equivalent easily accessible to the population? Yes
Does your nation have a fire service which is easily accessible to the population? Yes
Does your nation have an ambulance service which is easily accessible to the population? Yes
Is your nation currently involved in a war or armed conflict within its borders? Yes, absolutely, and for decades.

SECTION SIX - Crime Rates
What percentage of your population have been a victim of crime in the past year? 0.5%

What is the rate of rape per capita/100,000? 5/100,000
What is the rate of sexual assault/harassment per capita/100,000? 8/100,000
What is the rate of minor physical assault per capita/100,000? 12/100,000
What is the rate of serious physical assault or attempted murder per capita/100,000? 9/100,000
What is the rate of manslaughter per capita/100,000? 8/100,000
What is the rate of drug-related offences per capita/100,000? 23/100,000
What is the rate of burglary per capita/100,000? 5/100,000
What is the rate of serious financial crime per capita/100,000? 4/100,000

END
Are you satisfied with this index? Yes
Any ideas or suggestions on how it could be improved? I know I'm going to be scored very low (because it's obvious), but the index bases safety off of mostly crime and domestic issues. Most of my nation's lack of safety comes from being stuck in a war for decades. It would be good to see questions such as "Percentage of people affected by said armed conflict?" in the government section, but it's a very specific suggestion, so it's probably not necessary.

Would you like to receive a TG updating you when your nation has been scored? Yes

SECTION ONE - Physical Safety
Do citizens of your cities report feeling unsafe while travelling alone during the day? No, we know how to kick ass
Do citizens of your cities report feeling unsafe while travelling alone during the night? No, we know how to kick ass
Are major metropolitan areas monitored for crime by police or other agencies? Depends what you call "crime!"
Treason: Domestic Intelligence (DomIntel) is always watching and listening
Stuff any fool with two blasters can defend himself against (robbery, assault, etc.) No.
Are most public areas of large towns and cities well-lit at night? Yes
Do members of the police patrol cities and towns regularly? There aren't any police (other than DomIntel).

SECTION TWO - Cybersafety
Are children of your nation's schools taught basic principles of online safety? Yes, it is part of the Standard Educational Data Pack
Is there a branch of the police or government dedicated to investigating cybercrime? We're always looking for new ways to commit it!
Does your government actively filter or block materials such as child exploitative content? What the...what kind of BS, PC way of talking is that? We had to run it through a double-translator to understand what you were getting at! Anyway, no. Robots are asexual, so it's rare that any such content even exists here. There's simply no domestic market for it, so the producers don't bother to send it to us.
Is your nation home to any groups or individuals who are notable for online scams? Our entire nation is notable for both online and offline scams! And strongarm theft of oil. Hey, speaking of that sort of thing, wanna buy a share in Megatron Metals? Only 100,000 Cubes!
Are children adequately protected from pornography and other harmful materials online? Pornography is not harmful to robotic children. If they want to see the weird way biologicals pass their code around, they're welcome to it. However, they may end up being bored by their Coder going on a tangent about why the biological method is so inferior to direct coding, and how it eliminates all real semblance of quality control.

SECTION THREE - Societal Issues
What percentage of the population struggles with mental health issues like depression or anxiety? 3% or less. The Debugging Centers know how to fix things so they stay fixed.
What is the rate of suicide per capita/100,000? Less than 1 person per 100,000.
What percentage of the adult population are obese or overweight?
We robots really can't get "obese." Any disparity between weight and carrying capacity is a matter of poor engineering, and will be quickly corrected due to the premature failure of either the support system or the drive train. There's no "getting used to" being 3x the weight of your design specification as a robot. Either you can handle it and are fine, or something breaks within a few days and you're screwed.
Are LGBT+ individuals heavily discriminated against? Yes. Robots are supposed to be asexual. If you're not, you're obviously some formerly-biological immigrant who didn't even get a desexualization patch! That means you're a dirty foreigner, and foreigners are inferiors!
What is the average lifespan (across the entire population) in your nation? 400

SECTION FOUR - Safety of Children
Is bullying prevalent in the nation's schools? We really don't do "schools." Education is downloaded just before full activation, and comes in the form of a data pack. Because there aren't any schools, there is no "bullying in schools."
What percentage of births result in death for the mother or child? 0.00%. We build our offspring on benches and write their base code on terminals. How could someone get killed by doing that?!
What percentage of the child population are obese or overweight? 0, children are built and not grown, and the building is done to strict design specifications.
Are children subject to special laws regarding their labour and work conditions? Yes, children must not be put to work until they're almost fully mature. They also cannot be subject to mindless jobs like assembly. These rules are in place to protect the proper development of sapience.
Are children expected to serve in the nation's armed services below the age of 18? Only a biological would consider someone to still be a child at 18. *laughs* We're mentally mature at age 4-5, so age 5 is when conscription for the first military stint happens.

SECTION FIVE - Government
Are your nation's health services considered to be of an internationally acceptable standard? As far as we know, there IS no international standard for debugging glitchy code. However, our Debugging Centers are extremely good at it. As for physical health, surely you know how to read your own manual and fix yourself!!

Now if you're asking about our ability to repair biologicals...we have no facilities for that. If you're not healthy, don't visit. If you do visit, don't get hurt.
Are the police or your nation's equivalent easily accessible to the population? There is no agency that is equivalent to regular police here. You have two blasters. If someone poses a threat to you, use 'em.
Does your nation have a fire service which is easily accessible to the population? Yes.
Does your nation have an ambulance service which is easily accessible to the population? No. There is no need for urgent speed to fix a robot. If you shut down from a non-catastrophic cause, a mechanic can reactivate you even if it's 10 years later. If the cause was catastrophic, it probably took the form of someone blowing you away with energy blaster fire, in which case you are scrap, and there is still no reason to hurry.
Is your nation currently involved in a war or armed conflict within its borders? No.

SECTION SIX - Crime Rates
What percentage of your population have been a victim of crime in the past year? We do not illegalize 99% of the things other nations call crime. That should be kept in mind when we say "less than 0.0001%."

Also, none of the things listed in this section are illegal here, so they're not crimes to us. However, foreigners might want to keep these stats in mind if they're considering a visit!

What is the rate of intentional homicide per capita/100,000? A robot can run forever if the needed spare parts are available. Because of this, almost every Decepticon death is an intentional mechanicide by someone, whether the killer is domestic or is some foreign military. So...almost 100,000/100,000 - if you wait long enough. It usually takes about 400 years for an individual to find himself permanently on the losing end of some battle or other. Some, like Megatron, manage to avoid deactivation for far longer (he is still alive and functions perfectly at 752), which is why it's "almost" 100%.

What is the rate of rape per capita/100,000? 0, robots are asexual.
What is the rate of sexual assault/harassment per capita/100,000? 0, robots are asexual.
What is the rate of minor physical assault per capita/100,000? 99,900/100,000; we like to fight. We don't even call it "assault." It's how we typically establish dominance in our society. In some social situations, like initiation into a gang, it's even formalized. We also use minor physical attacks to show irritation. A light energy-blast to your wing will surely get your attention and let you know that you bothered somebody and that you shouldn't do it again unless you're actually looking to fight right then, yes?
What is the rate of serious physical assault or attempted murder per capita/100,000? Fights resulting in the need for more than 100,000 Cubes worth of repairs, or in the total loss of a body happen to maybe 5,000/100,000 per year. Note that "the loss of a body" is not the same as death, since in most cases, one can mind-transfer to a new body just prior to deactivation. That's what makes it only "attempted" murder. If you want to make it stick, you have to sneak around and destroy all of the target's spare bodies and mind-saves first, and THEN kill his running instance.
What is the rate of manslaughter per capita/100,000? 50/100,000; if one of us kills someone, he definitely meant to do it, making it not mere manslaughter. But occasionally someone will manage to be enough of a clod to kill someone by accident.
What is the rate of drug-related offences per capita/100,000? 0, everything to do with drugs is legal. We do have a decent amount of people who smuggle drugs into other nations to sell them there, though. Doing that is legal HERE...as for the other nations, who cares what they think? It's not like they can arrest a Decepticon. *scoffs*
What is the rate of burglary per capita/100,000? 1,000/100,000 (Legal definition says this involves breaking into a place to steal...) Entering another Decepticon's house or business unauthorized is a good way to get your head blown off, but plenty try it anyway, with mixed results. It's actually legal. But so is blowing the head off of an intruder, and as mentioned above, we like to fight.
What is the rate of serious financial crime per capita/100,000? HERE: 10/100,000; our entire economic system is cash-based so opportunities to run successful scams are limited. IN FOREIGN LANDS: 30,000/100,000; it's almost too easy to relieve unsuspecting foreigners of their cash, stocks, bonds, government contracts, oh heck, anything we may want! Our government won't extradite us either, haw haw!!

END
Are you satisfied with this index? Mostly
Any ideas or suggestions on how it could be improved?

1. Not every nation is made up of humans. Terms like "homicide" are humanocentric, as is the concept of rape and sexual assault. A native Cybertronian would have no idea what the last two even were.

2. You could factor in that not every nation has the same idea of what's a crime. In Victorious Decepticons, none of that stuff in the crime section is crime from a legal standpoint. However, some behaviors are more likely to get you energy-blasted (by other citizens, not cops) than others!
