It was made by a Conglomerate of Fatimanian and Japanese Companies, including Lěobráspol's Competitor, Lěpočí, to Integrate the Features of the GraphiStation to OffiSystem, Lingunan Software Research (Lingsoft) to Integrate Complex Graphics and to Develop Productivity Software and Programming Languages for the Computer, Canon Incorporated for the Integration of Camera Technology into the Computer in order to use it as a Photoshopping Computer, Yamaha Corporation for the Creation of ADPM/FM Soundchip for the Computer, and University of Royal Fatimania Computer Research Institute (URFCRI) to Support the Computer.

As the Wars between Motorola 68k 32-Bit Personal Computers raged and Fueled after the Opening of the Capitalism in the country since 1989, Lěobráspol's 4 Personal Computers in the Market, including Elicette 16/32-Bit Personal Computers advertised as a Home Computer for the People who wanted 16/32-Bit Machines on their Home at a Lower Cost, then the ClipStation and ClipDesk 32-Bit Personal Computers that was advertised towards Office, and 16-Bit ServStation advertised towards Hobbyists and People who doesn't want to use GUIs and stick to the Text-Based Operating Systems. Both of them are Produced and Successful, however, this was not enough for the Company to Continue their Fight against their Competitors like Edeltian Instruments and Manx Suzzler, despite more Funding from Canon Corporation and their Distribution of Canon Cameras under the Lěobráspol Brand, and the Sales of ClipStation and ClipDesk has been Further Strained by Edeltian Instruments' SixtyFour and Lěpočí's GraphiStation, which Prompted to ask Other Fatimanian and Japanese Companies for a Plan of a "Expandable Supercomputer Based on 68k Processor with Boosted Speed and Complex Graphics and Sound", in which, they Approached Yamaha Corporation, who was formerly Competed in the MSX Personal Computer Stage with Lěobráspol's MSX Computers based on the Canon's Ones, which they Accepted to Develop a Complex Soundchip with Lingsoft, Lěobráspol's Long-time Software Developer and their Business Software, where they made Productivity Software for the Computer alongside with Optional Programming Languages, and asked their Competitor, Lěpočí to join the Development, in which at first, it has been Rejected, but then Accepted, hoping that the Relations between 2 Companies would be Warmed after a Intense Competition in the 8-Bit, 16-Bit and 32-Bit Personal Computer Sales, and to Integrate the Features of the GraphiStation to the OffiSystem, and received an Help from Canon to Integrate Photo-Processing and Photo-Editing Features into the System, and a Funding from the University of Royal Fatimania Computer Research Institute (URFCRI) for the Project, hoping it would be reached to Music Studios, Medical Uses, including for the Use of Doctors in their Office, for General Purpose in Offices and for Use in Homes with 2 Models.

It has been released in March 1989, with the cost ranging from Ԑ 8,599-16,250 Eastern Siberian Estanas, which it is more Expensive than SixtyFour Computers from Edeltian Instruments, and other 32-Bit Personal Computers produced by Big Fatimanian, Dilimanian and Firestonian Names, and IBM PC Compatibles. One of the Notable Uses of this Computer was in the Television Stage, where the G Model has been used to develop Graphics for the Idents of RN One and RTV, and Music for all Television Programs in the Fatimanian Television, in which, it became a Popular Computer for Audiovisual Editing, Notably being used in Movies, Commercials and Music Videos, as well being it was used in Professional Desktop Publishing (DTP), Word Processing and Photoshop, in which, it was Used in most of Fatimania's Magazines, but it's Competition, SixtyFour remained in the First Place for the Most Market of Desktop Publishing (DTP) and Word Processing, but when it came to Photoshopping, the Computer was Popular among Photographers. Along with this Main Models, the Portable Version, OffiSystem Portable and it's Enhancements has tried to Penetrate into the Fatimanian Computer Market, until 1996, when the Company has been Affected by the 1996-2001 Fatimanian Civil War and it has been Always Targeted by the Regime for it's Luisitian Origins, in which as of now, it has purchased by Canon Incorporated and thus became Part of Canon as their Eastern Siberian Subsidiary.
