Cannabis is illegal and sell, use or possession of it are considered crimes.

Cannabis is legal and unlike tobacco and alcohol it does not receive any additional tax beyond the normal sales tax. However, it cannot be sold to anyone under 21 years of age without a prescription. Possession for personal use is never a crime. Smoking cannabis is regulated identically to cigarettes and vaping, i.e. you may only do so in designated areas while in public.

Its free to use, many farmers depends on its production. There is a tax associated to the product to ensure that is created in the best environment possible. One can only buy C$25 at a time but you can do it repeatedly.
Legal age is 18.

Possession and usage of small amounts of cannabis is decriminalised. Anyone possessing any more than 3.5g without a licence will be punished with either fines or jail time.

No real laws against it, though it is considered socially unacceptable to smoke it in polite company, and any establishment reserves the right to ban use within it.

Cannabis use is completely unregulated but all imports suffer heavy duties forcing any habitual users to grow their own cannabis bushes in their state-granted personal garden-farm plots.
Truffles, magic mushrooms, peyote, and ayahuasca are also widely available - including for tourists. However, because heavy duties are so high and because of state-owned agricultural production only producing food. Cannabis usage is still a costly hobby to have, in fact many of the upscale restaurants infuse their luxury drinks and dishes with cannabinoids (as well as other more potent hallucinigens)
The government strongly recommends using non-smoking cannabis-use alternatives as there are fears of prolonged interaction with the smoke. There is a debate on whether or not smoking itself should be a crime as lung cancer hasn't been fully eradicated yet despite there not being any personal cars or heavy manufacturing industries.

Ownership/use of recreational cannabis is decriminalized and may result in a small fine or community service at most. Smoking cannabis (along with smoking tobacco) is illegal as it may pose a threat to the health of others and to air quality; it may result in a fine (or community service) and mandatory rehabilitation. Therapeutic/medical cannabis is legal but should be prescribed with caution. Cannabis may only be sold by pharmacies and must be dispensed in small doses to prevent overdoses. Unauthorized dealing of cannabis can result in jailtime. One must be at least 19 years old to purchase/consume cannabis and must pass a course on safe cannabis use.

Possession and consumption of cannabis has a minimum sentence of two (2) years to a maximum of four (4) years in federal prison. CBD oils and CBD products are allowed for medical treatment.

Cannabis and marijuana products are otherwise banned from use and peddling such products for recreational use carries the death penalty. The consumption of such drugs will result in rehabilitation for a minimum period of 5 years.

Cannabis and marijuana are fully legal here in Picairn, but the government heavily regulates them to protect the quality and ensure the safety of such drugs.

Illegal with mandatory rehabilitation programs. Buying or selling results in corporal punishment and mandatory incarceration. Attempting to import cannabis results in even steeper punishments.

Repeated illegal traffickers of drugs can sometimes result in the death penalty.

Medicinal cannabis is regulated and can only be supplied by government-owned, domestically-produced cannabis farms with a prescription by at least two doctors. These doctors may or may not be held liable if their patients are found overdosing or addicted to the substance.

Cannabis, as well as all other drugs, are legal (but age restricted when not for medical use) across Coconut Palm Island. Cannabis is usually considered a Class B drug, but an age exception is made to allow anyone 16 or older to purchase cannabis. While it is not illegal for someone under 16 to have cannabis, it is a misdemeanor for an adult to give non-medical cannabis to someone under 16.

While citizens must pay for recreational cannabis (and other harder drugs), medical cannabis prescribed by a doctor is paid for by the government. Weaker cannabis products are available over the counter, and the government pays for up to $500 a year of over-the-counter drugs, a greater allowance is available if a doctor authorizes it.

Our nation takes a very libertarian approach to drugs. Drugs, even harder ones, are much safer when subjected to government regulations and clearly labeled with dose, amount, and potency. Certain drugs are allowed in high schools (although students cannot smoke any substances around others, to prevent secondhand smoke exposure). People in rehabilitation centers (our equivalent of prisons) are allowed access to drugs as well.
