Cannabis is considered a lesser drug. It's recreational use is tolerated, possession of less that 5g or 2 plants for selfconsumtion is tolerated.
For possession from 5 g to 30g and up to 5 plants, without prescription, is a minor crime, unless you previous criminal record, fine and confiscation.
Over 30 grams is a delict and 6 plants or over.
The ownership and sale of paraphernalia and seeds is legal.
You cannot cross borders with over 5g grams.

Cannabis can be bought in chemistries under medical prescription, less than 30g, only if you have a ICS (NHS) medical card.
You can get legally recreative cannabis in licenced clubs. To be consumed in the club. You can only take with you 5 grams. Those clubs normally sell also soft drinks and food you must be +18 to enter. They can't sell tobacco or alcohol.
