To whomever it may concern,

The People's Federation of South Reinkalistan has, since its inception, pursued a consistently aloof, isolationist, and ultimately neutral foreign policy. For almost 56 years, this heavily-armed neutrality has seen our country blossom beyond anything the revolutionary fathers could have previously imagined. Truly, the miraculous industrialisation and economic development has been a great leap forwards for our people. Until now, we have seen absolutely no reason to abandon this stance.

But the tides of history have drawn in on that era. International developments and the rise of new threats towards South Reinkalistani territorial sovereignty have forced the hand of the Commissariat of the Exterior. Indeed, now our directive has shifted significantly. The construction of a socialist utopia within our borders is nigh-completed. Now, the People's Federation must take a new stance. We hereby extend an offer towards all nations to establish official diplomatic relations in the form of embassies.

The Commissariat of the Exterior continues to assert that a global revolution is nigh, and the Turaniskidak Politburo has no reason to disagree. That said, to completely refuse diplomatic relations with capitalist and monarchic nations would be an infantile gesture frankly below the People's Federation. As such, applications from such countries will still be processed. Below is provided a form. Embassy requests will only be processed if they comply with said form.

I have the honour to inform you of the Letter of Credence which the 18th President of the Electoral College has addressed to your Excellency accrediting Her Excellency Fatima Alatraktchi as the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Realm of Yohannes to the People’s Federation of South Reinkalistan. I also have the honour to present the Letter of Commendation from the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of Embassy and Consulate Programme, the Hon Margaret Larsson.

May this letter serve as certification by the 37th Christian Democratic Executive Council of the services to be provided to the Yohannesian Embassy Turaniskidak by Her Excellency Fatima Alatraktchi. The scope of her services will comprise assisting visiting Yohannesian businesspersons in South Reinkalistan and South Reinkalistani diplomats in the Yohannesian Realm. In her new role as Ambassador to your country, the Ambassador-Designate will start the foundation to maintain peace and open diplomacy between South Reinkalistan and Yohannes.

Fatima Aisha Alatraktchi, Her Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, is a Yohannesian barrister and diplomat who is the first and current Ambassador of Yohannes to the People’s Federation of South Reinkalistan. Her accreditation was registered by Parliament’s Advisory, Press and Private Committee three weeks before the opening of the Yohannesian embassy in Tamriel.

Alatraktchi was born in Islamic Indistan and grew up in Royal Alexandria. Her parents separated when she was five years old. Alatraktchi was educated at the state-integrated Grammar School Eidelstedt, before earning a business degree in public policy from the University of Yohannes in 1996, where she also began her Bachelor of Laws, later completing it with the help of the Von Bismarck Scholarship in Majapahit.

In 1997, Alatraktchi received a realm (federal) government scholarship to participate in an internship programme for the World Assembly Mission of the Nineteen Countries for one year, in which she and a thousand other competitively-selected students were hosted in long-established WA countries such as Knootoss to work for various non-profit intergovernmental organisations. She also worked for the Anglican Development Bank as a junior policy analyst for three years.

Alatraktchi returned to Yohannes in 2002 to be a financial services lawyer for Stadtbäumer & Partners, where she would specialise in financial services regulation and financing transactions for five years. On learning of her plan to pursue a diplomatic career, the then local Member of Parliament for the Wittenbach electorate in 2019 nominated her to the post of permanent trade attaché for the Yohannesian Embassy in the Gothic Empire of Automagfreek.

Three weeks after the parliamentary announcement that Yohannes would establish its diplomatic mission in South Reinkalistan, Alatraktchi was nominated as a candidate for the Office of Ambassador in Turaniskidak. The International Diplomacy and Advisory Committee approved her nomination, and following her accreditation she became the first Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Realm of Yohannes to the People’s Federation of South Reinkalistan.
