Due to Cosmicium lacking the technologies to make catalytic capacitors, or even unleaded fuel above 80 octane (you have no idea how destructive the Cosmician-Federation War and the Great Cosmician Rebellion were for the car industry), let alone practical electric or hydrogen fuel, making scavenging valuable pre-War vehicles the only way to get parts for conversion, it remains uncertain if Cosmicium will be able to convert all of these vehicles to an electric powerbase by itself. If it becomes necessary to have the cars converted in your country, the Cosmician government will pay for the price of converting the cars in full.

We have reviewed your application to open an Embassy in Veluna City, unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept the proposal. We are rejecting it on the following grounds:

The Commonwealth does not recognize the sovereignty of mercenaries, private military contractors, or other other "stateless armies", due to concerns about legitimizing then privatization of warfare.

While we cannot accept an embassy, and the surrounding recognition of independent national sovereignty of the Army of DXD, we would be willing to open a consul and offer a more limited diplomatic recognition of the same. Should you be willing to make this arrangement, the paperwork can be translated over by us.
